Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes 5–10 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Can I change or cancel my order? We start printing quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at business.dbgdrip@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

I haven't received my tracking number — what do I do? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at business.dbgdrip@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. However if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective we will replace it for free — no questions asked.

My shirt arrived damaged or with a misprint. What do I do? Email us at business.dbgdrip@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement immediately.

Do you offer exchanges for the wrong size? We don't offer size exchanges since each item is printed on demand. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. When in doubt, size up — the shirts run true to size but many customers prefer an oversized fit.

Product & Sizing

What brand of shirt do you use? We print on Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tees — one of the highest quality blanks in the industry. Soft, durable, and it holds the print beautifully.

How do I find my size? Check the size guide on the product page. The shirts are unisex and true to size. If you want a relaxed or oversized look, go one size up.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold inside out
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the print
Do not bleach

Washing inside out on cold keeps the print looking fresh for much longer.

Will you have more colors and styles? Yes! Vol. 1 is available in multiple colorways right now. Hoodies and new designs are in the works — follow us on TikTok and Instagram to be the first to know about new drops.
